a family owned and operated wholesale building product company. We are celebrating over 47 years of "Building Relationships with Building Products". We are located in Portland, Maine and service the Northeast with a full array of the most recognized and respected building products available. Our company began in 1958 selling basic materials, including the most popular sidings, along with bird seed and coal (left over from the business that the two original owners took over). As the story goes, the bird seed and coal kept the company solvent that first year (we're also told that the bird seed and coal kept the two owners fed, and warm during that first long cold Maine Winter!!!). But, over the next forty five years, Applicators Sales & Service Inc. has grown to be recognized as one of the premiere suppliers of Vinyl Sidings, Roofing, Vinyl Replacement & New Construction Windows, and steel & fiberglass doors in the Northeast.

The second generation of family members, along with the two founders, have seen Applicators Sales & Service grow to 5 locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire. In addition to our wholesale distribution, we also own and operate a state of the art manufacturing facility, Paradigm Window Solutions which manufactures the Paradigm brand of vinyl window and sliding patio doors.. We also proudly manufacture Mid-America custom shutters, and an array of other products.
